Avi began his professional life working in a commercial real estate investment fund in central London (Cardales) and started his real estate career in Brussels since 2004. With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate market and working in volatile market conditions he has successfully maintained his dynamic strategies to maximize total returns for the investors and consistently delivered successful projects. At Everland he helps identify assets and select potential property acquisitions whilst carrying prudent levels of borrowing in support of this goal.

With over 15 years’ of experience Ilan has worked for a variety of property and investment companies including DTZ where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, Rooms and Studios UK and Investec Bank. Ilan is focused on asset managing the Everland portfolio. His technical contribution is crucial to the day to day management of the team and portfolio. Ilan graduated from the London School of Economics with an MSc degree in Real Estate Economics and Finance (Merit Scholarship) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Manchester.

“Knowledge” is the best word that we can use to define Thierry Jousse, with more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, his adventure goes from F&B Manager in International Club of Flanders to Cluster General Manager of the Floris Hotel Group, recovering the hotels in only a few years reaching very nice results. Yet his biggest achievements came as development and strategy Director where he stand out being one of the most respected expert in Belgium leaving his mark in some of the best Hotels in the country, such as Amigo, Crowne Plaza, Sofitel Luxury Hotels, just to name a few.

Mehdi has 16 years experience in Finance and Accounting. He provides Everland with specialist tax and regulatory advice, bringing commercial focus to financial management and operations. His key roles include reviews with external auditors, dealing with banks and authorities, investment analysis as well as CAPEX and Renovation Budget Control. He works alongside his team of accountant specialists to manage the financial aspects of the group and hotel operations.

Avi has previous real estate experience at CBRE where he was managing development projects and sales.
He has been working for Everland for almost 10 years and his primary role is in residential and hotel development where he is responsible for multiple buildings from concept to sales and site wide infrastructure installation. Significant projects include the Pantone Hotel, Grand Central Apartments, Wavre 95 Apartments, Hotel Saint Nicolas and Theatre Hotel.
